- Mainly focused on 1-2 characters, with extra 1-2 minor characters for interactions.
- Simple Background with basic Shading & Lighting
- All Character will be drawn in Half Body or waist only
- Discussions are required if you have specific requests and Price will be later adjusted. Otherwise I will go whatever I can think of base on the amount of payment
- can be instantly pay and request for free-for-all surprise.- BW only: 70+ USD
- Coloured: 90+ USD
- Extra Focused Characters: +25 USD each for BW, +35 USD each for Coloured.
- Extra Minor Characters: +20 USD each for BW, +30 USD each for Coloured.
- Usually 4 BIG prompts per drawing, can be add up with 12 USD for BW or 14 USD for Coloured per prompt.
- Can pay more than required amount for better (Blind) result, unless specific requested.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
1. The client MUST provide their references sheets while requesting. Either in written description or Design sheet, as long as it's fully accessible.
2. I have the right to decline your request with stated reasons.
3. The overly complex details will be wash out if the client refuse to pay required amount and have a price negotiation.
4. I have the right to change your request if:
- the description is too vague
- improvise your request to satisfy the outcome,
- Your prompt is too complicated while getting underpaid.
5. General extra charges will be applied for:
- complexity of character's design
- more detailed requests (doing more complicated thing)
- Detailed BackgroundsPAYMENTS
1. All payment must be done in vgen.
- IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO PAY VIA VGEN PAYMENT.
2. The slot will be registered AFTER the payment is complete. The progress will only halt in Sketching phase if the client haven't make the payment, unless stated reason.
2a. For Comic, you can pay at least 30% in sketch phase and then pay out the rest once it's completed.
3. Client will held responsible for cover the service fee for vgen (5%) and the payment platform (3%)REVISIONS
1. Sketch draft will be shown to client before starting to proceed next phase (except BW doodles and collage)
2. you are allow to change your mind ONE TIME. Any FURTHER CHANGES after the confirmation will be charged with 10 USD for each penalty.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. The commission usually take 1-2 weeks to complete after the sketch draft is confirmed. Sometimes, it might take up to 1 month of finish if the artist has encounter some difficulties. To avoid this kind of situation, it is advised to contact Yehlawd for necessary discussion.
2. High resolution artwork to be send to your email after the completion. So please check the final email from vgen for the file!
3. If you have hard deadline please inform upfront as well.USAGE AND OWNERSHIP
1. All commissioned work are for Personal use only,
2. You are not allow to use the commission art to earn profit on your own or turn into NFT.
3. You are not allowed to feed my artwork to AI training.
4. However if you wanted to use my art for commercial use, please contact me directly before sending out form.
5. I have ALL the right to use your commissioned art to showcase my gallery/portfolio throughout my social media. But I don't have the right to use it as printing merch ( and adding into my discord server for commissioned emotes ) So if you wish to keep the commission in private or want to share via your social media, feel free to let me know upfront.REFUNDS
1. You will be able to receive full refund up till before I propose the sketch approval.
2. Afterward, you won't be able to request for refund up until completion.
3. If client refuse to extend the deadline due of inability to finish in time, you can only receive 50% refund.
4. Any exploitation will not be tolerated and face the consequences.COMMUNICATION
1. Twitter is currently preferred social media for most of communication. Client STILL has the right to choose which social media they wish to contact (Discord and Email)
2. For Comic commission, Discord is highly recommended for more accessible communication.
